• Eligibility: Program is open to dealerships that are currently registered and approved as Patriot Financial dealer partners in good standing at the time of prize redemption.
• Deal Qualification: Only fully funded and closed deals submitted through Patriot Financial will count toward prize tiers. Deals that are pending, declined, or cancelled do not qualify.
• First-Come, First-Served: Each prize tier is available to one (1) qualifying dealership only. Prizes are awarded in the order in which qualifying deal thresholds are reached. Once a prize has been claimed, it is no longer available.
• One Prize Per Dealership: Each dealership may qualify for and claim one (1) prize only, awarded at the highest tier reached.
• Prize Values: Prize values are approximate. Patriot Financial reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
• Program Dates: This incentive program is valid from [START DATE] through [END DATE] or until all prizes have been claimed, whichever comes first.
• Non-Transferable: Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash (where applicable).
• Tax Liability: Prize recipients are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.
• Prize Recipient Designation: Prizes will be awarded to the dealership entity unless otherwise specified in writing prior to redemption. Dealer principals who wish to receive prizes individually should consult their tax advisor, as individual receipt may carry different tax implications than receipt by the business entity.
• State-Specific Regulations: This program is intended to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local promotional regulations. Participation may be void where prohibited by law. Patriot Financial makes no representation that this program is appropriate or available in all jurisdictions, and it is the responsibility of participating dealerships to ensure compliance with any applicable local regulations.
• Non-Cash Prize Disclosure: Non-cash prizes, including but not limited to the Rolex watch and travel voucher, may be subject to different tax reporting and withholding requirements than cash prizes. Recipients of non-cash prizes are solely responsible for determining and satisfying any applicable tax obligations. Patriot Financial reserves the right to report non-cash prize values to applicable tax authorities as required by law.
• Right to Modify: Patriot Financial reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.
• Disputes: Patriot Financial’s decisions regarding prize qualification and awarding are final.
